The Meditation and a Ritual of Plenty
For this meditation we use 6 Tarot cards. Each card is a powerful symbol for connecting to personal prosperity and abundance. The Ace of Pentacles connects us to earth reaches. The Chariot transports you to the treasures of Aladdin's cave. The Emperor gives out the treasures. The World signifies the status. The Empress multiplies our reaches. The Wheel of Fortune brings good luck.
We'll start meditation by breathing in and out: in through the nose, out through the mouth. The breathing technique prepares our brain for deeper relaxation, which leads to changing our responses to everything around us. We start relaxation from the feet, then knees, hips, stomach. We relax chest, shoulders, neck, head, face, and skull. We relax the muscles around the eyes and a mouth.
We focus on the first chakra. By bringing our attention to chakras (body energy centres) we awake the endocrine system in the body. The first Chakra, which is situated at the bottom of the spine, stimulates the adrenal system and balances the physical energy.
Then we focus on the second chakra (two fingers down the belly button), which connects us to the reproductive system and bodily fluids. It balances our emotions.
Next, by focusing on our Solar plexus we heal the digestive system and connect to the world around us such as social and working environment.
Now we focus on the Heart chakra, the point of love. This is the connection to other people, love, our feelings, sadness or peace.
Now we go upper level and feel the throat. Focusing on the throat we use the power of our voice. To become good listeners - imagine blue colour.
Then we reach our third Eye chakra that is situated between the eyebrows and on the physical level rules our endocrine system. This is the point of our expansion and vision, where there are many possibilities opening in front of us.
And finally we connect ourselves with the top the seventh chakra and open a thousand-petal lotus sitting above our head. We connect our whole integrated being into the cosmic energies. We see the gentle white light covering our bodies.
Now we are ready to go to the ritual.
Hold in your hands or touch The Ace of Pentacles that connects our bodies to the reaches of the Earth, to the centre of the Earth. Now our physical bodies are connected to manifest our prosperity. The Chariot is waiting for us to take us to our treasures. We are sitting and leading the horses and what do we see around us? What we are passing by? We go through mountains and forests, rivers and fields. Eventually the horses stop and we can see a little door into a cave. We get off the Chariot and go through that door. This is Aladdin's cave with treasures. All this belongs to us, we can take whatever we want and as much as we want to carry. In the cave we see the Emperor - the man who gives us what we deserve. You can get a special gift from him or ask his permission to take something else from the cave.
Before you go back you have to make a decision by your own or asking the Emperor what can you give to the world by having this treasure? The card 'World' signifies status saying - the world is waiting for you success. The world needs your talents to be shared with others. Then come back to the Chariot and drive back in the same fashion you came. Pass lakes and mountains and come back to the place where you are now.
As you come back you can see a mirror that reflects the fortune. Now the card 'Wheel of Fortune' is going to help you. Ask the Fortune to face you and you can have a good luck following you! If you are doing this meditation with somebody else ask him or her to choose a symbol that will multiply the treasures. Listen to the Empress card, which will always multiply what you've got! And with her help you'll have positive symbol of your prosperity!
Just remember that there is no limit in what you want or what you can get from the Universe!
